Arctodus was founded on the observation that the most consequential decisions in infrastructure and energy sit at the boundary of technical complexity, regulatory reality, and investment logic and rarely fit the remit of a single adviser. We exist to close that gap.
Julian Nuspl — Founder
Julian brings first-hand experience across infrastructure delivery, telecoms, and energy system transformation. He has advised on regulatory environments and long-term planning, and conducted deep geopolitical and spatial analysis of South America’s lithium supply chains. His work is grounded in how these systems actually function.The constraints that don’t appear in models, the political dynamics that reshape projects, the capital considerations that determine what gets built and what doesn’t.
